Six rooms and apartments in what, in 1900, used to be a pottery workshop right on the seashore. Breakfast with handmade sweets, jams, fruit from our garden and cheeses from our farm!
A building with a history that starts around 1990. It was called tsikalario because back then it produced tsikalia, clay cooking utensils that were sold in the markets of Eastern Mediterranean. That’s where grandpa Alekos started working when he was 10. Today, the rooms of the old pottery workshop have been converted into a restaurant and rental lodgings where his children and grandchildren work in.
info: The pottery items you will see decorating the rooms as well as those in the café are created by Giannis, grandson of Alekos, who continues the family tradition maintaining his own pottery workshop.
Coming from a farming family, we were used to pure, authentic, rich flavours since young and that’s what we offer in our breakfast. Handmade jams, freshly squeezed juices, cheeses we manufacture ourselves, eggs from our production, vegetables from our garden and fresh aromatic coffee.
